LaunchPad Business Incubator (LPBI) is a faith-based business incubator of Seven Pillars Community Development Center, created to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to build sustainable businesses.
More than a training program, LaunchPad is a community where entrepreneurs are encouraged, challenged, and equipped to grow with confidence, integrity, and purpose. We believe strong businesses strengthen families, create jobs, and transform communities.

Our mission is to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and support needed to build successful, sustainable businesses.
We are committed to transforming hustlers into business owners by promoting ethical entrepreneurship, encouraging legal and registered businesses, and providing practical business education that extends beyond the classroom.
At LaunchPad Business Incubator, we don't simply teach entrepreneurship—we walk alongside our entrepreneurs, equipping, encouraging, and supporting them as they build businesses that strengthen families, create opportunities, and transform communities.
The LaunchPad Journey
Every entrepreneur's journey begins with a single step.
Applicants begin by submitting an online application. Those selected are invited to interview with members of the LaunchPad core team before being accepted into the twelve-week business incubator program.
Throughout the program, participants receive practical business training, mentorship, and encouragement as they develop the knowledge and confidence needed to build sustainable businesses.
The journey concludes with an exciting graduation ceremony, where participants proudly celebrate their accomplishments and receive their Certificates of Completion—a milestone that marks their official launch into the business world.
But graduation is not the end of the journey. As members of the LaunchPad alumni community, our entrepreneurs continue to receive encouragement, support, and opportunities for growth because no entrepreneur should have to build alone.
