My Journey

Every Journey Begins with a Single Step of Obedience.

My journey has taken me from corporate America to the mission field in the Kingdom of Eswatini. Along the way, God has shown me that a simple "yes" to His calling can change not only your own life, but the lives of countless others.

He didn't just change my destination. He changed my heart. What began as a single step of obedience has become a lifelong journey of faith, service, and discovering His purpose in the Kingdom of Eswatini.

Chapter One

My Story

Before I ever stepped onto the mission field, God was preparing me for a journey I never could have imagined.

I was born in California, raised in Connecticut, and later lived in Texas before God began opening doors that would eventually lead me across the world. Along the way, I built a career in corporate America, worked in mortgage lending and government service, and gained experience that I thought would define my future.

But God had a different plan.

Looking back, I can now see that every season, every opportunity, and every challenge was preparing me for something far greater than I could understand at the time.

I didn't know it then, but He was preparing my heart for the Kingdom of Eswatini.

A New Direction

When God Changed My Direction.

There are moments in life when God quietly begins to redirect our steps. For me, that moment came when He called me beyond everything that was familiar and comfortable.

Leaving behind my career, my home, my family, and the life I had built was not something I had planned. Yet with every step, God faithfully confirmed that His plans were greater than my own.

What began as a two year mission assignment became a journey of faith that is still unfolding. I don't know how long God will have me here, but I have learned to hold my plans loosely. Today, I often say that I have three residences. Two are temporary, the United States and the Kingdom of Eswatini. My permanent citizenship is in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Here in Eswatini, I have witnessed God's faithfulness in ways I never imagined. I have built lasting relationships, experienced the joy of serving others, and discovered that His plans are always greater than my own.

Every challenge has strengthened my faith. Every relationship has deepened my purpose. Every step has reminded me that God's calling is always worth following.

The Ministry

Building Seven Pillars

God's calling was never about building an organization. It was always about building people.

What began in Connecticut and continued in Texas has now become an international ministry. I never imagined that Seven Pillars would one day extend beyond the United States into the Kingdom of Eswatini. Yet God had a much bigger vision than I did. Today, I stand in awe as I watch Him use this ministry to transform lives, strengthen communities, and create opportunities that continue to expand beyond anything I could have planned.

Every program, every partnership, and every life touched is a reminder that when we place our faith in God's hands, He can multiply even our smallest acts of obedience.

My Core Foundations

What I Believe

"These are the truths I return to in the quiet moments, the anchors that hold me steady in every season."

I believe God is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. He is sovereign over every season of life, and His plans are always greater than my own.

I believe in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. My faith in the Trinity is the foundation of who I am, how I live, and why I serve.

I believe every person is created with God-given purpose.

I believe faith and business can work together to transform families, communities, and nations.

I believe leadership begins with serving others.

I believe heartache is a part of every person's journey. Yet even in those moments, God can surround us with His love, His peace, and the hope that carries us forward.

I believe in the power of true forgiveness. Freedom begins when we release what was done to us and trust God with what we cannot change.

I believe a genuine hug can bring comfort, communicate love, and sometimes begin healing a soul when words fall short.

Most of all, I believe Jesus Christ is coming back. That hope shapes how I live, how I serve, and how I love others every day.

Amen

Today

Life Today

Today, I have the privilege of serving as a missionary in the Kingdom of Eswatini, where each day brings new opportunities to love, learn, and serve.

Whether I am mentoring entrepreneurs through the LaunchPad Business Incubator, encouraging women, speaking at conferences, writing books and journals, serving alongside community leaders, or simply sharing a conversation over a cup of coffee, my greatest desire is to reflect the love of Christ in everything I do.

I am also blessed to be a mother, grandmother, great grandmother, author, teacher, and lifelong learner. Each of these roles has shaped my journey and reminds me that our greatest impact is often found in the relationships God places in our lives.

I do not know what tomorrow holds, but I know the One who does. As long as He continues to open doors, I will continue to walk through them, trusting Him one step at a time.
